For arrivals into Pearson International Airport (YYZ) you should be aware that our chauffeurs are not able to leave their vehicles unattended. All passengers should follow the following procedures.
 

Clear customs and pick-up luggage.
Terminal 1: Proceed to Door D, on arrivals level.
Terminal 2: Proceed to Post # 21, on arrivals level.
Terminal 3: Proceed to Post # 23, on arrivals level.

For all of the above:

• Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked under and indicate that you are waiting for Lux Limo.

If Commissionaire advises you that there is no Lux Limo Limousine registered in your name, or within 5 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire a Lux Limo Limousine does not appear, please call our office immediately to assist you at 416-795-1111, or use our toll free number 1-800-606-5007.
